Ring Chime Pro (1st Generation) – Wi-Fi Extender and Indoor Doorbell Chime

Product overview.

The Ring Chime Pro (1st Generation) is a plug-in smart home accessory designed to provide audible notifications for compatible Ring Video Doorbells and Security Cameras while extending Wi-Fi connectivity specifically for Ring devices. It connects to a compatible 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and plugs directly into a standard electrical outlet, allowing users to hear alerts when someone presses their doorbell or compatible cameras detect activity. Through the Ring app, users can configure notification sounds, adjust alert settings, and manage their connected Ring devices. Designed for indoor use, the Ring Chime Pro helps improve connectivity for Ring devices in areas with weaker Wi-Fi coverage. This first-generation model has been discontinued by Ring, but existing devices continue to receive support.
